 Should you find it necessary to return an item, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that the item is returned to us in its original condition. Please send your purchase in its original packaging and fill out the enclosed return/exchange form. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package for the full retail amount. Attach the label supplied on the bottom of the form. Upon completion of your return, we will e-mail you a confirmation. Unfortunately, items that have been engraved, embossed or monogrammed may not be returned. If you need to exchange your item for any reason, please complete the return/exchange form and ship the item back to us. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise we will send the replacement.* Please note that items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning a Gift
We will be glad to exchange any item that you receive as a gift*. Please indicate which item you would like in its place. If you prefer, we can give you a credit that can be used in the store or over the phone at a later date.
