Shipping and Delivery
We will ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours via UPS ground. We
offer delivery service from UPS and Federal Express. Please allow
3-8 business days for delivery and 6-8 weeks for furniture delivery. Unfortunately, at this time we are
unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
Charges for shipping are
as follows:
$12 Regular UPS for the first item, $1 for each additional item
$18 UPS 2nd day for the first item, $2 for each additional item
$35 UPS Overnight for the first item, $2 for
each additional item
*Fragile merchandise may require an additional packing charge
as noted.
*Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable unless
a shipping error on our part has occurred.

Freight
Collect
Oversized items that UPS cannot deliver may need to be shipped freight
collect. Charges may vary depending on the size of the item and
distance it has to travel. When selecting an item that requires
shipping by common carrier, please call or e-mail
our customer service department for a quote. Upon delivery of the
merchandise the carrier will collect payment for shipping charges
directly from you. Refusal of delivery or returns of freight collect
merchandise will result in a restocking fee.

Damaged
Deliveries
Every order is inspected and carefully packed. If you receive damaged
merchandise, please save the original packing materials and call
1-800-954-3004 or e-mail
customer service to arrange for pick-up and replacement of the damaged
item. You will receive a return authorization number that should
be put on the outside of the box.

Return/Exchange
Policy
Should you find it necessary to return an
item, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for
a full refund, provided that the item is returned to us in its original
condition. Please send your purchase in its original packaging and
fill out the enclosed return/exchange form. For your protection,
we recommend that you insure your package for the full retail amount.
Attach the label supplied on the bottom of the form. Upon completion
of your return, we will e-mail you a confirmation. Unfortunately,
items that have been engraved, embossed or monogrammed may not be
returned.
If you need to exchange your item for any
reason, please complete the return/exchange form and ship the item
back to us. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise we will
send the replacement.
Returning
a Gift
We will be glad to exchange any item that you receive as a gift*. Just return it to the following address:

And include the item for which you would like to exchange it. If you prefer, we can give you a credit that can be used in the store or over the phone at a later date.

Gift
Wrap
Let us wrap your gift in our signature box and grosgrain ribbon. Most of our
products are available in gift boxes for an additional $3.00 per
item.
Please specify when placing your order if you would like
to have your purchase wrapped. We can also attach a hand written
enclosure card with a personalized message at your request. You will have an opportunity
to fill out this card during the checkout process. Unfortunately,
gift wrapping is not available for oversized items such as antiques.

Gift
Certificates
If you would like someone to choose their own gift, we do offer
gift certificates. Unfortunately, at this time, the gift certificates cannot be
redeemed in our online store. However, they can still be redeemed in one of our stores or
through our 800 number (1-800-954-3004). We would be happy to enclose
a catalog and a hand written personalized message.

Gift Registry
To create a gift registry:
Our gift registry allows you to select items on our site that you would like friends or family to purchase for you. To enter the gift registry section of our Web site, click on the gift registry button located in the upper right hand corner of every page. You can also access it by clicking on "Gifts" in the left navigation menu. In order to use this service, we ask that you first become a member.
Once registered as a BDJ member, you may create a new registry and begin choosing
items to add to it. This service will allow you to choose quantities
as well as attributes of a particular item. You may go in anytime
and modify your registry as long as you are logged in. We will update
your records to reflect all purchases of the selected items. If
for some reason, you would like to delete this event, simply click
on the "delete registry" link found on the My Registry
page.
To view a gift registry:
If you would like to check our gift registry to see if someone you know is registered, click the gift registry button located in the upper right hand corner of every page. Click search registry. Type the person's name in the box and a listing
of closest matches will appear. Select the appropriate name and
search through their registry until you find the perfect gift. You
may select any item in the list and add it to your shopping cart.
You may also choose to have your item gift wrapped and sent directly
to the registrant with a personalized gift card.

Gift Reminder Service
B.D. Jeffries makes your busy life easier with our gift reminder
service. It's simple to use. Put in important dates of events that
you need to remember such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings
and holidays. We will automatically send you an e-mail reminder
14 days prior to the occasion. Keep the reminder e-mail until you
buy the gift and hopefully you will never miss an important date
again.

Wish List
See something you would like on our site? Just select the item(s) and click add to wish list on the product description page. You may then enter an e-mail address (up to 2 people at a time) of anyone who you want to receive your wish list. Your wish list will automatically be sent to that person. It's that easy! So, to misquote the Stones, "You can always get what you want!"

Personalization
To personalize your item, we offer engraving, monogramming or embossing
where applicable. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
There will be a $10 charge per item for embossing or engraving.
Monogramming incurs $15-$20 charges. Any item requiring over 11
letters will incur an additional $3 charge per letter.
Please enter initials in the order you would like them to appear
on the item. For example, if you would like your last name to appear
in the middle for a monogram, enter your first initial, last initial,
and middle initial in that order to ensure the correct monogram.

A 7% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Georgia addresses,
